Janice Lee graduated from Mount Holyoke College Cum Laude with a Bachelors of Arts in International Relations and Asian Studies. Since graduation, she has taken Management, Import/Export and Real Estate courses.

 Janice has also acted as a principal and has bought and sold numerous homes, including horizontal extensions, conversion of a multi-unit building to condos, investment properties, built brand new construction and consults homeowners, flippers and investors in renovation designs that add value in order to increase their return on investment. As a property owner and investor, she hopes to help people build wealth through real estate.

Janice is serious about her real estate career and takes professional development courses on a regular basis. She completed Negotiation, Residential Investment Analysis, Investment Analysis and Tax Consequences of Real Estate. Janice also attended the Hong Kong Trade and Macau Trade Mission to build her network of agents, buyers, developers and government officials. Janice is a leader and active in her community. She is the 2019 Chinese Real Estate Association of America Chairwoman, where she helps educates other realtors and consumers about all things real estate.
